Deborah Czarny's first painting experience as a child was painting her pet white rabbit with red house paint. The rabbit went to a new home shortly thereafter. However, a passion for art stayed with Deborah. She received a degree in art education and taught art for 15 years in Virginia.
She paints, sculpts, and makes jewelry. She likes to use materials she finds, incorporating colors from nature. On display at Sedona Artist Market is her Native American influenced jewelry in both copper and silver precious metal clay.
