Tish Siemion works with Mayan artists in Mexico and Guatemala, Aztecs in Mexico, Tigua in Ecuador, and descendants of the Inca in Peru. Her booth at the Sedona Artist Market is a real eye-catcher with its colorful statues, masks, clothing, and jewelry.
We are thrilled to share some of Tish's pieces with you here, including this hand-painted, hand-carved Mayan statue of St. Fiacre, known as the Gardening Saint. The statue is about 1.5ft tall and weighs about 1.5lb.
