    Happy Sweetest Day

    Happy Sweetest Day

    Asinikwe -- Stone Woman

Originally from Couchiching First Nation in the territory currently known as Ontario, Canada, Sharon Foy Harney also goes by the name Asinikwe, which in the Anishinaabe culture means "Stone Woman." Sharon's world is centered around her family. She is the mother of five children, sixteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Sharon currently lives with her husband Dave in Camp Verde where she practices her art as a form of therapy and healing. Proud of her heritage, Shar

According to Chris, "functional ceramic ware is one of the most intimate objects you can interact with in the span of your day. You hold it in your hand when you wake up wit
