Sedona is famous for its red sandstone formations. The Schnebly Hill Formation is the unique rock layer upon which the red rocks are based. This formation is a thick layer of red- to orange-colored sandstone found only in the Sedona vicinity. The beautiful red rocks are well represented here at the Sedona Artist Market. Walter Logue grew up at Taliesin in Spring Green, Wisconsin. His parents moved their family to become members of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in the mid-1950s.
